Your support email, finally in one place
One numbered ticket for every message.
HelpDash turns every message your customers send into a numbered ticket your team answers from one workspace — and the customer's reply comes back onto the same ticket. One company's tickets are invisible to another, enforced by the database itself.
Hosted in France, on European infrastructure. Read the DPA before you sign anything.
How it works
Mail becomes a ticket
Your support@ address is delivered to your desk; each message becomes a numbered ticket.
Your team answers
Agents sign in with a one-use link, answer, and add internal notes nobody outside ever sees.
The reply threads back
The customer's reply threads back onto the same ticket — no shared inbox, no lost messages.
Your customers’ data
Your customers' data stays yours
Everything inside a ticket belongs to your company and its customers. We hold it as your processor under a written agreement, only to run the desk for you — never for our own purposes, never to train anything. Who helps us hold it is published, and you hear about a new name before it touches anything. Hosted in France, on European infrastructure.
Built with AI
HelpDash is built by a one-person company with the help of an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude), under human direction and review. No customer data — no ticket, no message, no address — is sent to an AI provider. If that ever changes, it will be in the subprocessor list and you will be told before it starts.
Pricing
HelpDash is free of charge for the desks we open with you. A paid plan is agreed with you in writing, with its full price, before you pay anything.

Questions
Where is our data hosted?
In France: Paris (fr-par), on Scaleway, a European-owned provider. Everyone who helps us hold your data is named in the subprocessor list.
Who can see our tickets?
Only your organisation. One company’s tickets are invisible to another, and the database itself enforces that, not only the application. Inside your organisation, you decide which agents see which desk.
Does AI read our tickets?
No. No ticket, message or address is sent to an AI provider. If that ever changes, it will be in the subprocessor list and you will be told before it starts.
Can you erase one of our customers on request?
Yes. You erase a requester from a desk through the API: their tickets, messages, attachments and timeline. Erasure is per desk, as section 8 of the DPA describes.
